Hi I'm Chloe! Fitness has been a core part of my life ever since I started my own fitness journey, as a space to relieve stress and challenge myself in new ways.
I started teaching group fitness classes (Rhythmic Cycling, HIIT) as a way to share this passion with others and hope to encourage my participants at any point along their fitness journey!
Practicing pilates has helped me slow down from the hectic pace of work and life, as well as find new sources of strength and stability from my own body. You can expect my classes to be high-energy, and I hope they challenge you in your own unique way!

embarked on a path that took me from yoga to barre and then to Pilates. I was
instantly captivated by the gentle yet empowering workouts it offered. In 2023,
I decided to pursue my Pilates Instructor Certification.

I hope to guide others on their Pilates journey encouraging them to embrace their individuality and celebrating their progress. Experience the power of this practice in nurturing physical strength and overall wellness!
Hi! I am Jeanne. As someone bounded behind a desk at work, I sought yoga to help with my physical and mental well-being. My biggest passion is to cultivate a sense of awareness in the body to create an active sense of being present in the moment, in hopes to create a safe space for anyone and everyone to discover joy in yoga through their body and peace in their mind
After burning out in her corporate job, Joan stumbled upon Yoga and Pilates, which turned her life around. In her own search for self and body awareness, she found a love for coaching and helping students become a stronger/healthier or just simply a happier version of themselves.
Joan loves helping students challenge self-imposed
boundaries, build strength and confidence, and create space
in their hearts, the way that her own personal fitness journey
has brought them into her life, and of course, with some fun, laughter and lots
of sweat along the way too!
Joan is an experienced yoga and STOTT trained pilates
instructor, as well as a certified personal trainer. Outside of fitness, she
loves travelling, or just crying in front of her TV over some K-drama. She is
very very shy at first, but a little crazy once you get to know her! She also
loves dad-jokes, so beware.

Kuan found yoga about 15 years ago. As much as she enjoyed the mindful sequence of postures, it was the first five minutes of calming centering and the last ten minutes of savasana that really drew her into the practice till today. After each yoga session, she found herself feeling recharged in her physical body and relaxed in her mind.
To gain deeper understanding
of the practice and of herself, she made her way to India in 2013 and completed
her 200-hour of Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Vidya Gurukul. Inspired to learn continuously, she also
received teacher trainings in Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and
Myofascial Tension Release by many renowned yoga teachers in the subsequent
years.
For Kuan, yoga is a way of life and a spiritual journey. Her practice of self-exploration and empowerment has provided her with beneficial tools to face life lessons on and off the mat. Kuan places emphasis on understanding and honouring one’s own limitations, while at the same time, nurturing growth through mindfulness and balanced efforts. Through her offerings, she continues to hold space for others and this place of service is where she feels most humbled and grounded. Kuan’s classes are embodied, intuitive and therapeutic including pranayama, meditation, asana and deep relaxation.
My name is Linda! My full time job is being a mum to energetic boys. And to unwind I work part time as a rhythmic cycling instructor!
I’ve also been a fan of
reformer pilates and have been practicing on and off for the last 10 years or
so. Since giving birth my core has weakened quite a bit and pilates have
strengthened and I’ve gained more flexibility too. Because of this wanted to help
others also and decided further my knowledge by taking the course last year.
Hope to see you guys on the
carriage soon 🙂

Hi there! Im Stef.
I have participated in different sports activities throughout my life – from short distance sprinting to long distance running, netball, golf, racquet sports, etc. – I love them all. I crave variety of focus with each of these sports activities and at the same time, got bored in these activities when it’s became about honing and perfecting your skill.
When I was introduced to
Pilates years ago, the variety and intensity of different exercises kept me
coming back for more – I was never bored. I was intrigued with the variety and
modifications using props / equipment that suit different individual needs.
Pilates allowed me to additional benefit of destressing and recharging during my hectic (corporate) work week, and learn to work and mobilize the muscles that I never know I had. I decided after years of being a student attending Pilates classes, to pursue the Pilates Instructor certification – to satisfy my thirst of understanding the Pilates exercises repertoire and sharing Pilates further with others.
With the different skillsets
acquired during my corporate / people development experience, instructor
certification and personal Pilates journey, you can expect my classes to be fun
and practical!
Namaste! This is Swee Yeng!
My yoga journey began
initially as a lunch time escape from the office. After each practice, I would feel, rather
than exhaustion, physically rejuvenated with a clarity of mind that helped to
sharpen my focus on the tasks at hand.
As I progressed, I pleasantly uncovered new levels of flexibility and
physical ability, and sleepy afternoons became a thing of the past!
Intrigued by the positive
influences of yoga on the mind and body and thankful for all that I have
gained, I decided to take a break from the banking industry to pursue the Yoga
Instructor certification that would enable me to share this passion and experience
so that others too, may benefit as I have.
Today, teaching yoga has
brought about another level of learning and introspect, as I gain new
inspiration each time I see students embark on their own journey of
self-discovery and growing not only physically, but also mentally and
emotionally.
I believe in having balance in all aspects of our lives and you can expect combinations of mobility, stamina as well as strength building in my classes.
