Mind over muscle

Pilates serves as an excellent fitness regime allowing us to be acquainted to different muscles throughout our body. Your instructor will guide you throughout your classes to “reconnect” our brains to desired muscles acting as stabilizer or mobilizer for various exercises. This allows us to prevent overworking certain muscle groups and neglecting others which might be equally important. Overtime, this will help us develop better control and use over our muscles, promoting overall body wellness with active and stronger muscles.
