   CLASS TYPES

PT 4 v2

Private classes are when you (and/or with a buddy/partner) will be the only individual/s receiving undivided attention from our instructors throughout the 60-min class.

We strongly recommend Private classes for individuals who are:

  • new to Pilates / Yoga,
  • recovering from sports injury
  • prefer private, dedicated attention and care

Semi-Private Classes are where you and your buddy/partner will be the only 2 individuals receiving undivided attention from our instructors throughout the 60-min class. This is suitable for individuals who prefer the private duet setting, working out with a buddy/partner.

Depending on both your availability and goals, our instructors will work with you to design a Pilates / Yoga program that best suit you both.

Group Pilates Classes are public classes where we expect a minimum of 2 and maximum of 10 clients in a single class. With our “cosy” class size, you can expect our instructors to provide good attention and support throughout the classes.

Accessibility Levels # – Each of our classes are designed for 2 broad levels,

      • Beginner (individuals who attended less than 6 Pilates classes in the last 2 months) and 
      • Regular (individuals whom have been practising Pilates on a regular basis)

# Our instructors will work with you to assess and recommend you with appropriate class types during your trial class.

General Pilates Classes are suitable for individuals whom are looking for classes to strengthen and/or challenge their body overall. 

      • Pilates Basics – aims to promote mobility throughout our body. Most accessible 60-min beginner classes.
      • Strength Pilates – aims to strengthen our body stability & mobility. Suitable for regular Pilates practitioners looking to add challenge of strength, stability and / or endurance. 

A fun full body workout, this class will challenge and engage your entire body. Using a small range of high repetition exercises for a targeted burn, you’ll target the little muscles that matter like legs, thighs, butt & arms.

Barre workouts have become all the rage and with good reason! Barre combines Ballet and Pilates inspired movements to help you achieve the strong, long, lean body.

Each 60 min class will focus on learning correct alignment and body mechanics and includes stretching and strengthening the muscles which are tight or weak due to poor postural habits. We will be using props like ball, weight, resistance bands to make the class fun. You will walk out tall and energised at end of each session. The session will be suitable for all levels of practitioners including Pilates beginners.

Pilates TLC (i.e. Tender Loving Care) are public classes where we expect a minimum of 2 and maximum of 5 clients in a single class.

With smaller class size, you can expect our instructors to provide dedicated attention and care throughout the classes. You can also expect a more deliberate and leisure pace for our TLC classes.

Pre Natal class 2

Pre-Natal Pilates classes cater to expecting mothers to strengthen your overall body to support the weight of your baby as he/she grows within.

The class also focuses in strengthening your deep core, pelvic floor, stabilising back and pelvis which helps to alleviate pregnancy back pain. Prenatal wellness improves overall circulation and posture, keeping you toned and fit throughout your pregnancy.

Pre Natal class 2

Post-Natal Pilates classes cater to post-partum mothers easing you back into exercising safely, after your pregnancy and birthing process.

Exercises will be gentle and focus on releasing, re-aligning and strengthening internally, especially the abdominal and pelvic region, helping you to progressively prepare for future, higher impact activities.

*Clients are advised to complete at least 1 Private Post-Natal class before joining Group classes

This class offers more variations at a slowed pace, excellent for beginners who wants to explore more advance poses in their practice. Postures are held for longer period with slow transition of poses for individuals who are looking to slow down and sink deeper into their practice.

It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul. Suitable for all levels.

This 60-min group session aims at empowering individuals in achieving overall health through sounds, pranayama, asanas and mindfulness practises to deepen one’s yoga journey
