I want vs. I need

We will partner with you to ensure that whilst we work towards achieving your personal goals, we do not neglect the fundamental needs of your body – listen to your body!

During your individual trial class, your instructor will be discussing your fitness / Pilates goals. At the end of your trial session, your instructor will share their observations and might recommend 1) additional goals to supplement what you had in mind, and/or 2) realigning your goals that might be most beneficial for you at that point in time.

Note: We do recommend re-evaluating your fitness / Pilates goals every 6 months, or when you have achieved desired goals, to ensure relevance of your workout plan.
